Watch baseball long enough and you’ll see just about everything. While some closers will point to the sky after a save, Indian’s reliever Chris Perez had another means of noting it against the Cardinals at Busch Stadium. Considering the number of times Anheuser-Busch products have been the source behind people’s impulse to regurgitate, I’m sure it won’t be made into a big deal although it is funny to watch:
